Common questions
Every SuperCommerce plan starts with a structured 30-day pilot against your actual catalog. We ingest a sample of your product data, run AI tagging, and generate a catalog health report before you commit to a full contract. Pilot pricing is the same as ongoing pricing, and no custom engineering is required to get started.
Active SKUs are product records in your catalog that have been updated or processed by the SuperCommerce AI engine in the current billing period. Archived products, unpublished drafts, and historical records that have not been touched in the billing period do not count toward your SKU limit. We report your active SKU count in the analytics dashboard in real time.
SuperCommerce processes catalog and order data entirely within your contracted infrastructure region. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Product and order records are not used for any cross-customer training or shared model purposes. Enterprise customers can request a dedicated deployment with their own isolated compute and storage layer.
Yes. The Merchant Success team runs a data intake review during the pilot period to identify attribute gaps, schema mismatches, and completeness issues in your existing catalog. Catalog and Fulfillment plans include email-based migration support. Enterprise plans include a white-glove migration engagement with a named migration engineer from the SuperCommerce team.
Catalog plan: 1,000 API calls per minute, 2M per month. Fulfillment plan: 5,000 calls per minute, 10M per month. Enterprise plans are configured to match your operational throughput requirements with no preset cap. All plans have access to the webhook event stream for real-time catalog and fulfillment updates, which reduces the need for polling patterns.
Monthly billing is available on all plans with no minimum commitment beyond the initial pilot period. Annual billing reduces the monthly rate by 20%. Enterprise plans use annual contract billing with terms negotiated during the sales process. We accept ACH, wire transfer, and major credit cards. Invoices are issued at the start of each billing period.
Yes. Plan upgrades are processed at the start of the next billing cycle. Your catalog data, user accounts, and API credentials carry over automatically. The fulfillment routing module activates once the upgrade takes effect, and the Merchant Success team schedules a routing configuration session as part of the onboarding for the new plan.
