Cookie Policy
1. About This Policy
This Cookie Policy explains how SuperCommerce, Inc. ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on supercommrece.com. It supplements our Privacy Policy. The Company operates an AI-powered catalog management and fulfillment routing platform for enterprise retailers. This site is a business-to-business marketing and portal website; we keep our cookie footprint minimal and do not deploy advertising or cross-site tracking technologies.
2. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow us to recognise your device across requests within a session, store lightweight preference state, and understand how visitors navigate the site. We also use browser local storage for a small number of user-interface state values (such as cookie banner dismissal).
3. How We Use Cookies
supercommrece.com currently uses only strictly necessary cookies and local storage entries. We do not deploy third-party analytics platforms or advertising pixels. The table below describes what is set.
| Category | Examples | Storage | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Session continuity, CSRF token, login session for platform portal | Cookie | Session to 12 months |
| Banner state | cookie-banner-dismissed-ts (records when you dismissed the notice banner) | Local storage | 6 months |
| Analytics | Not currently used | - | - |
| Marketing | Not currently used | - | - |
4. Notice and Choice
Because supercommrece.com operates under a US notice-only model, strictly necessary cookies are set when you visit the site. A notice banner informs you of this use when you first visit. You may dismiss the banner at any time by clicking the acknowledgement button, and it will not reappear for six months. You can reopen the notice at any time using the "Cookie preferences" link in the page footer.
5. Universal Opt-Out Signals
Where applicable state law requires (for example, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, and Oregon), we honour browser-transmitted opt-out signals such as the Global Privacy Control ("GPC") for sale and targeted-advertising categories. Because we do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies, GPC signals do not suppress any data collection beyond what would already apply. If we add analytics or advertising technologies in the future, this policy will be updated and GPC signals will be honoured for those categories.
6. Third-Party Cookies
We do not currently serve third-party cookies on supercommrece.com. The site does not embed social widgets, advertising networks, or third-party analytics scripts that set their own cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated to name the relevant vendors and their data use.
7. Managing Cookies
- Use the "Cookie preferences" link in the page footer to reopen the notice banner.
- Browser settings allow you to block or delete cookies; see aboutcookies.org for browser-specific instructions. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent some parts of the login portal from functioning.
- Browser extensions supporting the Global Privacy Control standard can transmit an opt-out signal; we honour it as described in Section 5.
8. Changes and Contact
We may update this policy, for example when we introduce analytics capabilities or third-party integrations that affect the cookie inventory above. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any change.
