Privacy Policy
1. Introduction
SuperCommerce, Inc. ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a Georgia corporation headquartered at 1105 W Peachtree Street NW, Suite 1000, Atlanta, GA 30308, operates the website supercommrece.com (the "Service").
The Company builds AI-powered catalog management and fulfillment routing infrastructure for enterprise retailers. Our platform processes retailer product catalog data, merchandise attribute records, and order routing signals so that large retail operations can automate workflows that would otherwise require manual intervention. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through the Service, how we use it, and the rights you have.
We do not operate a consumer retail storefront. The Service is a business-to-business platform and marketing website. Personal information we collect is primarily from retail operations professionals exploring or using the platform, not from consumers purchasing goods.
We can be reached at [email protected] or by calling +1 (404) 730-0279.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
We collect information you submit directly through the Service, including:
- Contact details (name, business email address, phone number) when you request a demo, submit a contact form, or subscribe to our blog;
- Business information you choose to share (company name, role, approximate catalog size, current commerce stack) when inquiring about a pilot engagement;
- Account credentials (email address and password) if you register for platform access through the login portal;
- The content of messages you send us through contact forms or direct email.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you visit supercommrece.com, we automatically collect limited technical information:
- IP address and approximate location (city or region level);
- Browser type, operating system, and device class;
- Pages visited, referring URLs, and time on page;
- Cookie and session identifiers (see Section 5 and our Cookie Policy).
We do not currently deploy third-party analytics or advertising trackers on supercommrece.com. The site uses only strictly necessary cookies for session management and banner dismissal state.
2.3 Retailer Platform Data
When an enterprise retailer engages the Company in a pilot or subscription arrangement, that retailer may connect catalog feeds, order management data, and fulfillment system records to the SuperCommerce platform. Data submitted through the platform as part of a commercial engagement is governed by the applicable service agreement and data processing addendum between the Company and that retailer, not solely by this Privacy Policy.
We do not use retailer catalog or order data to train shared AI models without the retailer's explicit written consent.
2.4 We Do Not Knowingly Collect Children's Data
The Service is not directed to individuals under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact [email protected] and we will delete it.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to pilot inquiries and demo requests from retail operations teams;
- Operate, maintain, and improve the SuperCommerce catalog and fulfillment platform;
- Send service-related updates and, where you have opted in, blog notifications and product news;
- Authenticate users and manage access to the platform login portal;
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent or abusive use of the Service;
- Comply with applicable legal obligations under US federal law and the laws of the State of Georgia.
We do not sell personal information for monetary value. Where applicable state law treats certain advertising arrangements as a "sale" or "share," see your state's section below.
4. Sharing of Information
We share personal information only with:
- Service providers acting on our behalf (such as cloud hosting, transactional email delivery) under contractual confidentiality terms that restrict their use of data to performing services for us;
- Authorities and law enforcement when required by applicable US federal or state law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of the Company or others;
- A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to this Policy.
We do not sell personal information to third parties or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Service and remember banner dismissal preferences. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. For full details and choices, see our Cookie Policy.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, to comply with legal or accounting obligations, and to resolve disputes. Inactive marketing-list contacts are purged after 24 months of no engagement. Server access logs are retained for 90 days and then aggregated into non-identifying usage statistics. Pilot inquiry records are retained for 36 months to support contract administration.
7. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including TLS encryption in transit, restricted-access databases, and least-privilege access controls. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe a security incident has occurred involving your information, contact [email protected] promptly.
8. Your General Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights including access, correction, deletion, and the ability to limit certain processing of your personal information. To make a request, email [email protected] with a description of your request. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
9. Georgia Residents
Georgia does not currently have a comprehensive consumer privacy statute. As a matter of policy, the Company extends the following baseline rights to all U.S. residents regardless of state of residence.
9.1 Baseline Rights
- Right to Know: request the categories of personal information we have collected about you.
- Right to Delete: request deletion of personal information you have provided.

9.2 How to Exercise

9.3 Sector-Specific Rights
If you are protected by federal sector laws (such as GLBA for financial services or FERPA for educational institutions), those laws may give you additional rights with respect to data covered by them. Enterprises in regulated sectors engaging the Company's platform should review their applicable data processing obligations independently.
9.4 California Visitors
If you are a California resident visiting from another state, you may also exercise the rights granted under the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA") and California Privacy Rights Act ("CPRA"), including the right to know, the right to delete, the right to correct, and the right to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information and do not "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
To submit a CCPA / CPRA request, email [email protected] with the subject line "California Privacy Request."
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, a notice through the Service.
