We are building the commerce operations layer enterprise retail has needed for a decade
SuperCommerce started with a simple observation: large retailers spend more time managing the pipes between their systems than they spend on the work those systems exist to do. We built the platform that makes the pipes invisible.
Commerce should run on decisions, not on maintenance
When we talked to merchant operations teams at large retailers, every conversation started the same way: describing how many hours each week went to reconciling data between systems. Catalog analysts who wanted to think about merchandising strategy were spending 60% of their time cleaning up attribute mismatches. Fulfillment managers who wanted to optimize their network were stuck triaging the same exception categories every Monday.
The tools they were using were built for a different era of retail. ERP systems were designed when a catalog meant tens of thousands of SKUs, not half a million. OMS platforms were built before real-time inventory signals existed. The integrations between them were written by consultants and hadn't been meaningfully updated in years.
We built SuperCommerce to replace the maintenance layer entirely. Catalog enrichment, fulfillment routing, and analytics data flow should be automatic, reliable, and fast enough that the teams running them can focus on the decisions only they can make.
Speed that compounds
Every hour saved on manual operations is an hour that compounds into better decisions. We measure ourselves on how much time we give back to the teams using the platform.
Systems that coexist
Enterprise retailers have made significant investments in existing infrastructure. We connect to what you have rather than asking you to replace it.
Visibility before automation
We show you what is happening in your catalog and fulfillment data before we automate anything. Confidence in the data comes first.
Outcome ownership
Our pilot model runs against your real catalog data with real metrics before you sign anything. We own the outcomes as much as you do.
Built by people who have run commerce operations at scale
Our founding team brings backgrounds in catalog operations, distributed data infrastructure, and enterprise merchant onboarding.
Jordan Mills
CEO and Co-founder
Jordan spent the first part of his career building and managing catalog operations and order orchestration systems inside large retail organizations. He founded SuperCommerce after leading a replatforming effort that made clear how much time merchant teams were losing to data pipeline maintenance rather than merchandise strategy.
Priya Raman
CTO and Co-founder
Priya built distributed data pipelines and product recommendation engines at two e-commerce infrastructure companies before joining Jordan to co-found SuperCommerce. She leads the platform architecture and the AI models that power catalog enrichment and fulfillment routing.
Marcus Webb
Head of Merchant Success
Marcus spent his career running enterprise retailer onboarding and fulfillment transitions at an order management company, working on deployments for retailers with catalog sizes from 100,000 to over 800,000 SKUs. He owns the pilot program design and customer integration process at SuperCommerce.
